PLEASE NOTE: Art charges for printing, and disk charges and
applications for embroidery, can merely be estimated as close
as possible until we see the actual art. If at all possible,
please attach art or logo to e-mail us at Unique Graphics.,
or fax it to us at 937-890-6126.

We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience.
You may e-mail your order to us, but for your security,
we require that you either fax your credit card information
to us, or e-mail us and let us know you will call us collect
with the necessary information. We will require credit card #,
expiration date, security code, name and address of cardholder.
